Our operations are India-focused. We recruit against language proficiency alongside skills, experience, location and industry requirements — because a customer support role stands or falls on how well the executive can communicate.
Candidates are screened, trained on the client’s products and processes, evaluated and only then deployed. After deployment they remain on Strategy Technologies payroll, coordinated by us, subject to the agreed engagement structure.
